A reduced form of polyaniline has been shown to induce direct arylation of an arenediazonium salt with an arene (Gomberg–Bachmann reaction) to give the cross‐coupling product in moderate to good yields under mild conditions. Various arenediazonium salts and arenes, including heteroarenes such as furans, thiophenes, and pyrroles, are employed for the reaction. The most favorable combination of substrates is an electron‐poor arenediazonium salt with an electron‐rich heteroarene. Investigation of the mechanism by reactions with radical scavengers and experiments on kinetic isotope effects indicated the occurrence of a radical chain reaction initiated by one‐electron reduction of an arenediazonium salt by the polyaniline. Only 1 mol % (based on aniline tetramer) of the polyaniline is required for the cross‐coupling reaction to occur. This reaction proceeds under metal‐free conditions and with no need for photonic activation.  相似文献

Despite the fundamental importance of radical‐anion radical‐cation pairs in single‐electron transfer (SET) reactions, such species are still very rare and transient in nature. Since diborenes have highly electron‐rich B? B double bonds, which makes them strong neutral reductants, we envisaged a possible realization of a boron‐centered radical‐anion radical‐cation pair by SET from a diborene to a borole species, which are known to form stable radical anions upon one‐electron reduction. However, since the reduction potentials of all know diborenes (E1/2=?1.05/?1.55 V) were not sufficiently negative to reduce MesBC4Ph4 (E1/2=?1.69 V), a suitable diborene, IiPr?(iPr)B?B(iPr)?IiPr, was tailor‐made to comply with these requirements. With a halfwave potential of E1/2=?1.95 V, this diborene ranks amongst the most powerful neutral organic reductants known and readily reacted with MesBC4Ph4 by SET to afford a stable boron‐centered radical‐anion radical‐cation pair.  相似文献

DesII is a radical S‐adenosylmethionine (SAM) enzyme that catalyzes the C4‐deamination of TDP‐4‐amino‐4,6‐dideoxyglucose through a C3 radical intermediate. However, if the C4 amino group is replaced with a hydroxy group (to give TDP‐quinovose), the hydroxy group at C3 is oxidized to a ketone with no C4‐dehydration. It is hypothesized that hyperconjugation between the C4 C? N/O bond and the partially filled p orbital at C3 of the radical intermediate modulates the degree to which elimination competes with dehydrogenation. To investigate this hypothesis, the reaction of DesII with the C4‐epimer of TDP‐quinovose (TDP‐fucose) was examined. The reaction primarily results in the formation of TDP‐6‐deoxygulose and likely regeneration of TDP‐fucose. The remainder of the substrate radical partitions roughly equally between C3‐dehydrogenation and C4‐dehydration. Thus, changing the stereochemistry at C4 permits a more balanced competition between elimination and dehydrogenation.  相似文献

The relationship between one‐electron (e?) oxidation processes and the formation of radical cations of endogenous and exogenous compounds in vivo is of considerable interest. This paper reports on the experiments that allow FTICR mass spectrometric (MS) detection of ion signals that are consistent with the formation of radical cations of caffeine (CA) and theophylline (TP) during electrospray ionization (ESI) in ESI FTICR MS and in on‐line electrochemistry (EC)/ESI FTICR MS in positive mode. Significantly, the signals of the radicals of CA?+ and TP?+can be enhanced by simple modifications of the operating conditions in ESI MS, facilitating investigations of radical formation and related reactions.  相似文献

由于硫酸根自由基(SO4?-)的强氧化性,基于SO4?-的高级氧化技术受到人们的高度关注.采用过渡金属活化过一硫酸盐(PMS)产生SO4?-用以分解有机物,反应体系简单,反应条件温和,且不需要额外的能量供给,因此,成为人们优先选用的方法,其中,采用高效、环境友好的非均相过渡金属催化剂活化PMS处理难降解有机物成为研究热点.本文研究了非均相CoFe/SBA-15-PMS体系对水中难降解染料罗丹明B(RhB)的降解.以SBA-15为载体, Co(NO3)2·6H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O为前驱物,采用一步等体积浸渍法制备了CoFe/SBA-15,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、透射电镜(TEM)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等对其进行了表征.考察了焙烧温度、Co与Fe的负载量对CoFe/SBA-15催化性能的影响和该催化剂的重复使用性能,还考察了RhB降解动力学及催化剂CoFe/SBA-15投加量、氧化剂PMS投加量和反应物(RhB和PMS)初始浓度对其性能的影响,探讨了RhB的降解机理.结果表明:对于催化剂CoFe/SBA-15,合成焙烧后在SBA-15上负载的Fe、Co化合物主要是CoFe2O4复合物,它作为催化剂的活性中心负载在SBA-15的孔道内外.制备的焙烧温度对CoFe/SBA-15催化性能几乎无影响,但对Co浸出影响显著.与SBA-15相比,催化剂10Co9.5Fe/SBA-15-700(Co和Fe负载量分别为10 wt%和9.5 wt%,焙烧温度700 oC)的比表面积、孔体积和孔径均减小,分别为506.1 m2/g,0.669 cm3/g和7.4 nm,但仍然保持SBA-15的有序六方介孔结构.该催化剂以棒状体的聚集态存在,聚集体直径大于0.25μm,其磁化强度为8.3 emu/g,因此,可通过外磁铁容易地从水中分离.相比之下,10Co9.5Fe/SBA-15-700具有最佳的催化性能和稳定性,可使RhB的降解率达到96%以上, Co的浸出量小于32.4μg/L.在CoFe/SBA-15和PMS共存下, RhB的降解符合一级动力学方程, RhB降解速率随CoFe/SBA-15和PMS投加量的增加和初始反应物浓度的减小而提高.淬灭实验结果表明,在CoFe/SBA-15, PMS和RhB水溶液体系中,存在的主要活性自由基为SO4?-,它是由CoFe/SBA-15活化PMS产生的,对RhB的降解起决定性的作用. RhB降解过程的UV-vis结果表明, RhB的降解途径主要是蒽环打开, SO4?-优先攻击RhB的有色芳香烃环,然后RhB进一步分解为小分子有机物. CoFe/SBA-15循环使用10次仍能保持高催化活性和稳定性,在每次反应中RhB的降解率均大于84%, Co和Fe的浸出量均分别小于72.1和35μg/L. CoFe/SBA-15作为高效、环境友好的非均相催化剂可有效地活化PMS产生SO4?-降解水中RhB,具有实际应用的潜力.  相似文献

Amphiphilic graft copolymers consisting of poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) main chains and poly(4-vinyl pyridine)(P4VP) side chains were synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) using direct initiation of chlorine atoms. The successful synthesis of PVC-g-P4 VP graft copolymers was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR). Transmission electron microscope(TEM) and small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) analysis showed that PVC-g-P4 VP exhibited microphase-separated, ordered structure with 37.6 nm of domain spacing, which was not observed in neat PVC. For antibacterial applications, the tertiary nitrogen atoms of PVC-gP4 VP was quaternized using 1-bromohexane, as confirmed by FTIR measurements. Bacteria including Escherichia coli(E. coli), Staphylococcus aureus(S. aureus), Bacillus cereus(B. cereus), and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(P. aeruginosa) were completely killed in 24 h on the quaternized PVC-g-P4VP(46% grafting) surface, indicating its excellent antibacterial behavior while it showed to be cytotoxic to mammalian cell.  相似文献

A Novel thermosensitive dendritic copolymer based on polyethylene glycol(PEG) and poly(Nisopropylacrylamide)(PNIPAm) with a cloud point(CP) around 36 ?C was successfully synthesized by preparation of a dendritic polyol and followed by atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) of N-isopropylacrylamide. The dendritic copolymer was characterized using gel-permeation chromatography(GPC), FTIR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The selfassociation behavior of the copolymer in aqueous medium was investigated by dynamic light scattering(DLS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). These investigations confirmed that the dendritic copolymer showed different association behaviors at various temperatures.  相似文献

An operationally simple and economical method for the direct alkylation of heteroaromatic bases employing readily available aldehydes as alkyl radical precursors and molecular oxygen as a reagent is presented. This simple transformation demonstrates a broad substrate scope with respect to aldehydes and nitrogen heterocycles, enabling the introduction of several medicinally important yet challenging alkyl moieties, such as ethyl, isopropyl, tert‐butyl, and cyclohexyl to the different classes of heterocyclic bases in good to excellent yields.  相似文献
